*With a valid Medicare referral only. If the Medicare referral is invalid then the full fee applies. Our Easy Claim EFTPOS terminal will almost immediately reimburse your Medicare benefit into your bank account. Both your bank card and your Medicare card are needed to take advantage of this service.

General

Except where signs and symptoms of illness develop or evidence of extenuating circumstances are provided, clients who do not attend their appointment or cancelled without providing at least 24 hours notice will be asked to pay 50% of the fee for their service. Clients experiencing financial hardship can apply for further discounted rates by submitting the Financial hardship application and must receive approval for the discounted or bulk billed rate prior to booking the appointment.
